Neon Drift Rally

Neon Drift Rally is pure arcade fun. You tilt or tap to steer through glowing night circuits, and the whole game leans on nailing long, clean drifts around corners. It's immediate in a way few mobile racers manage.

Controls felt right after one lap. I played mostly with the tap-steering option, which keeps both thumbs busy but stays forgiving. There's a chunk of tracks and cars unlocked through offline play, no connection required.

It won't replace a console racer, but for short bursts it's one of the most responsive handheld racers I've tried this year.

What we liked

• Responsive drift-focused handling
• Plenty of offline tracks to unlock
• Great for quick five-minute sessions
